Before any permanent makeup there is a free consultation about health questions, existing permanent makeup and how the treatment goes.

You can book skincare treatments online straight away; before the treatment I check your skin and ask about your health. I work with the original Alma device and with products by IMAGE Skincare and LAMEDIN.

Free consultation
Before you decide, I answer your questions about health, existing permanent makeup and how the treatment goes.
A pre-drawing to approve
I pre-draw the shape and you choose the colour with me. I only start once you have seen and approved the pre-drawing.
Touch-up
The touch-up after about 4–6 weeks is included in the price if your first treatment was with me.
Aftercare to take home
After the treatment you get an aftercare cream and all the aftercare advice you need.
Support while you heal
While you heal, I answer your questions in English, German and Russian.
Sterile single-use needles
New sterile single-use needles and EU-certified SwissColor pigments for every client.
Payment and terms
- Payment
- Cash or card.
- Deposit
- If you decide on a treatment after the free consultation, a deposit of 30% of the price is due.
- Moving or cancelling
- You can cancel or move your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before. For later cancellations, up to 50% of the price may be charged.
- Touch-ups and refreshers
- The touch-up after about 4–6 weeks is included in the price. If your first treatment was more than 8 weeks ago, the appointment is no longer a touch-up but a new treatment at a reduced price. Both apply only if your first treatment was at Permanent Beauty by Zara; permanent makeup done by another artist is charged as a new treatment.

Is the consultation free?
Yes. The consultation before permanent makeup is free and takes at most 15 minutes, on WhatsApp or in the studio. It covers health questions, any existing permanent makeup and how the treatment goes. Only then do you decide.
Is the touch-up included in the price?
Yes. The touch-up after about 4–6 weeks is included if your first treatment was with me. If the first treatment was more than 8 weeks ago, the appointment counts as a new treatment, which I offer at a reduced price. If your permanent makeup was done by another artist, every treatment counts as a new one.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes. The consultation is free; if you then decide on a treatment, a deposit of 30% of the price is due.
How can I pay?
Cash or card. All prices include 19% VAT.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel or move your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before. For later cancellations, up to 50% of the price may be charged.
How much does removing old permanent makeup cost?
Correction and removal without a laser costs from €70. How many sessions you need depends on how dense and how deep the pigment is: some people see a clear improvement after one session, full removal often takes three to six. I assess this at the consultation.
Are there discounts or offers?
Current offers are shown in the price list. If your first treatment with me was more than 8 weeks ago, the refresher comes at a reduced price.
How do I book?
Online via Treatwell or on WhatsApp. Skincare treatments can be booked directly; for permanent makeup you start with a free consultation.
